Shipping/Return Policy

There are no returns/exchanges all sales are FINAL. We truly hope you are 100% satisfied with your Tonjaya Cosmetics purchase. Due to sanitary and health safety reasons all products are NOT eligible for returns nor exchanges. Under case by case circumstances is you have a valid issue with your purchase you must notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will handle it accordingly. 

Tonjaya Cosmetics is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, delayed or damaged items. If your tracking states that your package has been delivered and you haven't received it, or if your package is in transit for a extended amount of time you MUST take that up with USPS. If your package is returned to us due to you providing the wrong address, you will need to pay for reshipment. In addition, all orders are processed upon payment. Tracking numbers are ONLY sent out via email after your order has been processed. Orders within the United States take 2-7 days for processing (Weekends not included) and 1-3 days to ship. Orders to Canada take 2-7 days for processing (Weekends not included) and 2-4 weeks to ship. However, USPS has recently been delayed in delivering on time due to COVID-19 so your patience is greatly appreciated.
